Frances Helen “Frannie” Tate 84, died at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, March 29, 2012 at the Bartlesville Health and Rehab.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday in the Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Wallace Thames of the Virginia Avenue Baptist Church officiating. Graveside services and interment will be directed by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
Frances Helen Tate was born on April 27, 1927 at Bartlesville the daughter of Stanley and Helen (Kazmierzak) Turowski. She was a life resident of Bartlesville and had worked for Hurd’s Café and for the Executive Dining Room for Phillips Petroleum Company. After leaving Phillips Petroleum Company she was a loving and devoted homemaker. She was married to Ruben Tate and he preceded her in death in 1991. She was lovingly known as “Auntie” by all her nieces and nephews
Frances is survived by one brother, Donald Turowski of Bartlesville, one sister, Sue Turowski Clark of Bartlesville and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and six brothers and sisters, John Turowski, Bill Turowski, Raymond Turowski, Bob Turowski, Alice Turowski Skalicky and Margaret Turowski.
